Warranty request
Our standard warranty period is 2 years. If you want to claim warranty, you can contact us via our warranty form.
In the guarantee form We ask you to share as much information as possible about the warranty request, supported by photos and videos. This makes it easier for us to process your warranty request and discuss it with the manufacturer.
After receiving a guarantee request, we will respond within 5 working days.
Dispute committee
If the complaint does not lead to the desired solution, it is possible to report a dispute for mediation via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If a complaint is not processed elsewhere, it is free to deposit the complaint via the European Union platform.
